Salad

  • Mixed green salad with goat cheese, fresh and house-pickled vegetables, hot & spicy pecans, and Champagne vinaigrette, or
  • Caprese: fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on baby greens with balsamic reduction

 

Appetizer

  • Okra and Louisiana seafood gumbo with Crowley jasmine rice, or
  • Flash-fried LA oysters with BBQ butter, or
  • Fried frogs legs with Creole honey mustard sauce, or
  • Grilled crab cake with remoulade, or
  • Trio of deviled eggs garnished with crispy pork belly, caviar, and smoked salmon

Entree

  • 12 oz ribeye steak with grilled shrimp, smashed potatoes and asparagus, or
  • Braised pork osso buco on black eyed peas with collards, or
  • Broiled red snapper filet with shrimp cream, Crowley jasmine rice, and roasted okra, or
  • Coq au vin with herb roasted potatoes and ratatouille, or
  • Grilled scallops & gulf shrimp atop traditional jambalaya, with roasted Brussels sprouts
