Vacherie’s dining room will offer à la carte breakfast from 7am-11am and a four-course prix fixe Thanksgiving Dinner from 12noon-4pm. Vacherie Bar will serve libations all day, and a casual menu of “Leftovers in the Bar” from 4pm-9pm.

The four-course Thanksgiving Dinner starts with seafood gumbo or butternut squash bisque, followed by salad and a choice of entrees: traditional roasted turkey, rabbit cassoulet, broiled redfish, or medallions of beef tenderloin. The finale is a choice from Vacherie’s array of luscious home-made desserts. The prix fixe price range is $37-$45, for 4 courses (beverages, tax, and gratuity not incuded).
