First Course

  • Salad of Mixed Greens, Fresh & House-Pickled Vegetables, Balsamic Vinaigrette

Second Course, choice of

  • Flash Fried Louisiana Oysters with Horseradish Cream, or
  • Classic Shrimp Cocktail, or
  • Broiled Brussels Sprouts with Bacon Vinaigrette, or
  • Blackened Alligator Bites and Grilled Alligator Sausage with Remoulade Sauce

Third Course, choice of

  • Boudin Stuffed Deep-Fried Game Hen on Smothered Collard Greens, or
  • Braised Pork Osso Buco with Creamy Grits and Sauteed Fresh Vegetables, or
  • Broiled Redfish and Sauteed Shrimp, with Lemon Butter, Jasmine Rice & Creole Green Beans

Fourth Course, choice of

  • Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce, or Carrot Cake, or Louisiana Pecan Pie
  • All served with a Lagniappe “Poinsettia” Sparkling Wine-Cranberry Cocktail
