4-course prix fixe, 45 per person*     Monday through Saturday December 1-23

First Course

Seafood Gumbo cup with jasmine rice, or

Mixed Baby Greens Salad with hot sweet pecans and balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course, choice of

Fried Oysters with Louisiana bbq butter, or

Andouille Sausage Mac & Cheese, or

Broiled Brussels Sprouts with applewood smoked bacon and bacon vinaigrette, or

Vegetarian Stuffed Bell Peppers (stuffed with mushrooms, trinity vegetables, and rice)

Third Course, choice of

Boudin Stuffed Deep-Fried Game Hen over smothered pork belly collards, or

Pork Shank “Cochon de Lait” with creamy southern grits and ratatouille, or

Crawfish Cream on Broiled Drum with jasmine rice and country green beans, or

Crabcakes with Shrimp Sauce, roasted potatoes, and asparagus, or

Pasta Primavera with grilled portobello mushroom, fresh vegetables, parmesan, olive oil, garlic, and white wine

Where you can Do It Yourself! and style up your own Bloody Mary with house or premium vodka…or your own Bloody Rita, with tequila.

The DIY bar includes unlimited mixers, garnishes, and seasonings, including our signature spicy Bloody Mary mix, classic tomato juice, or the refreshing Roasted Green Tomato mix. Also unlimited are our house-made pickled okra, green beans, bread & butter pickles, plus cheese cubes, pickled jalapeno, stuffed olives, fresh celery, fresh citrus, a wide variety of hot sauces, and more!

The Vacherie DIY Bloody Mary or Bloody Rita is

$10 for house liquor or $12 for premium liquor

Extra liquor shots can be purchased for $5 house or $7 premium per shot plus tax.
